Log into your Anoox Social account
Click on "My Channel"
You will then access your Channel as Admin of your Channel
To have the public access your Channel you can give them a simple URL of put a related button on your Site

What is the difference between Anoox my Community and my Channel?

Think of your Channel as a megaphone in a crowded town square. It's about broadcasting your message to an audience. Think of the Community as a living room or an auditorium, a dedicated space for shared conversation and mutual exchange among members.

How do I add a new contact to my Channel?

Unlike the Anoox Community service where People need to get your permission to join it, your Channel is open to all members or the public to view and comment. Think of your Channel as a TV Channel or a Radio channel for broadcasting your content. And like a TV Channel or a Radio channel that anyone can view or listen to, your Anoox Channel is for broadcasting your content to anyone who is interested to view them.

Note: you make your Channel to be Private in which case only people who have the password for your Channel can access it. But if your Channel is not made private then anyone will be able to view it and comment on it if you have not made it View mode only.

Are there any fees for broadcasting via my Anoox Channel?

Your Anoox Channel is free for posting your content and to broadcast your content to your audience. However to Upload original Video you need to be a premium member or have made a donation for each Video Upload. This is because Video is very expensive to store and stream for a non-profit Social network that Anoox is - Donate

Can I set my Channel to be view mode only?

Yes, you can. You do this via your members settings page.

Who can I invite to View my Channel?

You can invite anyone who you think is interested in content of your Channel to view it.
Please note:

People you invite to view your Channel could be colleagues, family, friends and People who you think are genuinely interested in mission of your Channel
Members you meet on Anoox Social who would be suitable to invite are those you met through Anoox discussions that you have established you have shared interests
If too many people reject your invitation to view your Channel, this may result in suspension of your privileges to use this service

What devices & browsers will Anoox Channel work on?

Anoox Channel is 100% Web based. So it will work on any device with a ubiquitous Web browser

Can I have my Channel to View mode only but people can only message me?

Yes, you can Opt in for this feature. So if you have set your Channel to be View mode only, you can then Opt in to allow people to post messages that are only sent to you as the admin of your Channel

How can I Admin my Channel from unwanted (Spam or Scam etc.) members?

Log into your Anoox Social account
Click on "My Channel"
Click to access the discussion or news article your are interested to Admin
Click on the plack above the description of your content or news article with label of "Admin My Discussion"
A new Window will pop open where you can enter the nick-name of member you want to Ban from your Channel and for how many Days
Click on "Submit Admin Action" and this will Ban this member from posting to your Discussion for your selected number of Days

What if someone is posting SPAM or unwanted messages?

Use the steps listed above to Ban them from posting to your Channel for your selected number of Days
You can also go to Accocunt tab and click on "Block Member" and block them from your Channel entirely

Can we have Voice & Video calls with our Channel members.

Yes. Using Anoox Instant Messenger ("AIM) or Video chat, you can have free World Wide Voice & Video calls with both members and non-members who are accessing your Channel.

Please Note Anoox Channel Rules and proper usage:

Only invite People to View your Channel that you have a relationship with or you are certain they are aligned with the puropse of your Channel
Do not invite People to View your Channel that you have little relationship with as that generally would be SPAM
Members you meet on Anoox Social who would be suitable to invite to View your Channel are those you met through discussions where you have established that by coming together you all can benefit each other
