Which is better Dell Laptop or Lenovo?

Hey all,
I am looking to buy a new laptop, my budget is up to $750
I have found a Dell laptop I like, it has these details:
-Inspiron 15 inch Touch screen
-AMD Ryzen
-Windows 10
-8GB DDR4 RAM
-256 GB SSD
-15.6 dsiplay
-3.62 Lb
selling for $669

And I have found a similar spec Laptop at Staples by Lenovo without touch screen selling for $549

Which do you all think is the one I should buy and why?
FYI, I need to decide by this Monday so quick replies are appreciated. And I will use this Laptop mainly for software and web site development purposes.
